People-Centric Care Management/Home Care Service Provider in U.S. Expands Caregiver Incentive Program

Press Release March 21, 2023

People-Centric Care Management/Home Care Service Provider in U.S. Expands Caregiver Incentive Program

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Arosa announces expansion of Care Heroes partnership to include locations across nine states

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Reflecting its commitment to supporting the care professionals it employs, the nation’s largest private home care service provider has announced plans to greatly expand the innovative incentivization program currently offered to its caregivers at four sites.

The partnership between Arosa and Care Heroes launched a year ago. The response was so overwhelmingly positive that Arosa has elected to expand availability of the Care Heroes program system-wide, to include a total of 31 sites across nine states. The expansion will begin on March 13, as part of an internal initiative, Caregiver Appreciation Month.

The Care Heroes web and mobile platform allows caregivers to track their activities and rewards Care CoinsTM for successfully meeting benchmarks or as a reward for exceptional actions in support of Arosa’s clients. Caregivers can then use the Care Coins to acquire gift cards for groceries, entertainment, gas, and more.

Arosa CEO Ari Medoff touted the success of the program to date, noting that it aligns with a people-centric mission and that caregivers greatly appreciate the Care Heroes incentives – a fact that Medoff says is reflected in Arosa’s reduced staff turnover numbers.

“At Arosa, we keep care professionals top-of-mind and want to show our gratitude for their excellent work. When someone joins the Arosa team, our goal is to ensure they enjoy a long-lasting and satisfying career with us,” Medoff notes. “In addition to offering pay, benefits, and additional training that go beyond the industry average, and our CElebrating CAregivers (CECA) Awards, Care Heroes is a vital part of our employee attraction and retention efforts.”

“Arosa understands the importance of thanking and rewarding the teams that are charged with providing responsive, industry-leading care,” Care Heroes CEO Chiara Bell adds. “The incentives offered by Care Heroes make for happier and more committed care professionals, and that results in better care and healthier patient outcomes.”

Care Heroes Incentive Program Drives Patient Care Improvement For VitalCaring Group

Press Release February 7, 2023

Care Heroes Incentive Program Drives Patient Care Improvement For VitalCaring Group

Partnership marks the first Care Heroes deployment at a Medicare-covered home health services company

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – A partnership between a first-of-its kind home health incentive program and a multi-state home health provider has spurred meaningful improvements in key patient care benchmarks while strengthening efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Since partnering with Care HeroesTM in 2022, VitalCaring Group has seen improved documentation time, quality benchmarks and productivity measures. The response has been so positive that VitalCaring has already expanded the program to include other additional incentives for 2023. The Care Heroes platform allows home care employees to earn rewards, called Care CoinsTM, for meeting specific benchmarks defined by the provider. Care Coins can then be used to acquire gift cards for gas, groceries, entertainment, and more. The partnership with VitalCaring marks the first time Care Heroes has been deployed in a Medicare-covered skilled home health services company.

The VitalCaring Group is a Texas-based home health services company representing more than 70 locations across five Southern states. CEO April Anthony says the company’s dedication to innovation and high performance is one reason why VitalCaring is fast becoming the provider of choice for patients, and the employer of choice for caregivers.

“Care Heroes is a nice complement to our broader employee engagement program. Our clinicians and caregivers earn Care Coins by completing their documentation in the patient’s home, synchronizing their completed visits the same day and achieving their individual weekly productivity goals. It’s a great way to reward our employees for the behaviors we know will make their jobs easier and their work experience more satisfying,” Anthony notes. “It’s a win for us, our employees and our patients.”

“Patients are the ultimate Care Heroes beneficiaries, because we support and encourage care teams to deliver the best possible home care,” adds Care Heroes CEO Chiara Bell. “And, by working with industry-leading partners such as VitalCaring, Care Heroes will help enable improved patient outcomes while recognizing home health care teams for a job well done.”
