Home Helpers® franchise in San Mateo, CA rewards caregivers for completing home health benchmarks
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. and SAN MATEO, Cal. – The first franchisee with one of the nation’s largest home care providers has launched a new program aimed at maintaining exceptional care standards for clients and recognizing caregivers’ talents.
Home Helpers Home Care® of San Mateo has deployed the Care Heroes mobile performance incentive platform, which awards Care Coins for completing home health care benchmarks proven to keep clients healthy and happy at home. Care Coins can then be traded for valuable rewards, such as gas, grocery, and entertainment gift cards.
Founded in 1997, Home Helpers recently celebrated 25 years in business, having provided more than 100 million hours of care to date.
“As the US population ages, demand for home-based assistance will only grow at the same time the healthcare industry faces a potential shortage of caregivers,” Home Helpers franchisee owner Peggy Milne says. “We believe the innovative Care Heroes platform will be an invaluable method of attracting and keeping the very best caregivers. By rewarding the successful completion of tasks and reaching care benchmarks, Home Helpers will ensure that our clients continue to receive the highest quality level of care.”
“Time and time again, our partners tell us that Care Heroes helps reduce employee turnover rates and missed shifts while driving improved outcomes,” Care Heroes CEO & Founder Chiara Bell notes. “We are pleased to welcome our first Home Helpers franchise to the Care Heroes family and look forward to rewarding more caregivers for their important work.”
